His career has included frontline and supervisory law enforcement, fire and emergency services, including at the executive level, and instruction of public-safety professionals.

Nick founded Golden Pacific to translate that real-world experience into practical, multidisciplinary solutions that help organizations prevent workplace violence, strengthen preparedness, manage risk, and respond effectively when critical incidents occur. His approach emphasizes prepared people, practical systems, and resilient organizations, not fear-based or one-size-fits-all solutions.

As a healthcare executive, she has led complex administrative functions involving employee relations, regulatory compliance, policy development, safety programs, budgeting, benefits, workers' compensation, and multi-site operations.

At Golden Pacific, Laura applies this experience to help organizations strengthen workplace violence prevention, healthcare workplace safety, HR and policy integration, employee reporting and response systems, and organizational risk management. Her practical, systems-focused approach helps connect people, policy, compliance, and operations to create safer and more resilient workplaces.
