Effective date: October 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Golden Pacific Risk & Response (“Golden Pacific,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personally identifiable information when you visit goldenpacificrr.com (the “Site”). It is provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), California Business and Professions Code sections 22575–22579.

Personally identifiable information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide. Through the contact form, this includes:

  • Your name
  • Your organization
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • The number of employees at your organization
  • The message you send us about your needs

Please do not include sensitive personal details about a specific individual in the contact form or in other messages sent through the Site.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the address of the page that referred you. We use this information to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

Cookies. The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. A cookie-consent tool records your cookie choices so we can honor them on later visits. Other cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function, for example cookies set when an administrator signs in. With your consent to functional cookies, the Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the Site. You can review or change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie banner or preferences link on the Site.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations or training
  • To provide, plan, and follow up on the services you request
  • To operate, maintain, protect, and improve the Site
  • To send you information you have asked to receive, such as updates or newsletters, if you choose to subscribe
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

Categories of third parties with whom we share information

We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We share it only with the following categories of third parties, and only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Website hosting and technology providers that host the Site, store its data, and deliver email on our behalf
  • Font delivery services (Google Fonts), which receive your IP address and browser information when the Site loads fonts after you consent to functional cookies
  • Email and communication service providers that help us send messages, including email-marketing providers if you subscribe to receive updates from us
  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality
  • Government agencies, courts, or law enforcement when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of any person
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business

Third-party tracking across websites

We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site, other than the limited information described above that service providers such as font delivery services receive when providing their services to us.

How we respond to “Do Not Track” signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently change its behavior when it receives a DNT signal. As noted above, we do not track visitors across third-party websites and do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the Site.

Your choices

  • You can choose which optional cookies to accept through the cookie banner, and change those choices at any time.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the Site works.
  • If you subscribe to email updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us.

Reviewing and requesting changes to your information

You may ask to review, correct, update, or delete the personally identifiable information you have provided to us through the Site. To make a request, email info@goldenpacificrr.com or call (707) 382-3535. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may keep certain information when we are required to by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as record keeping for services we have provided.

California privacy rights

California residents may have additional rights under California law. Under California Civil Code section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), you may ask whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep personally identifiable information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for organizations and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we will also post a prominent notice on the Site before the changes take effect.
